Erin Craig conducting a choir.

Erin is a passionate choral conductor who is changing the world - or at least, the Edmonton choral scene - one concert program at a time. She holds a master's degree in conducting from the prestigious University of Alberta, she was a founding director of the ETown Vocal Music Society, and is currently the artistic director of the Accord Ensemble.

Erin's love for writing is almost as strong as her passion for conducting. She taught jazz arranging at MacEwan University in Edmonton for five years, and using her skill and experience from her time at Berklee College of Music, arranges accessible yet high-quality jazz and pop music for choirs of all levels to sing.

Women belong in leadership roles, especially in the arts. Erin is the founding president of the BALM Society, which promotes artistic leadership opportunities and the creation of new artistic works for and by women and gender minorities.
